Isabel’s experience in the Mining, Industrial and Commercial Industry spans over twenty years.
Being able to work with woman in the field add to the thinking behind of her entire business module. Her passion to grow in an ever-evolving industry took her to new heights and she founded her own company,
IzabellaM, which took off the minute she branded her business.
Her interests do not just lie in “Woman in Industry” but in helping people to build their confidence in their workplace and believe in themselves and their capabilities. “Working on self-image changes the way people see themselves and ultimately how other people see them.
It literally changes their lives, whether it is a corporate business or a woman working in a mine or construction industry” she
says.
Isabel is constantly researching and reading up on Psychology, Business, Industry changes, Style and Fashion to keep her up to date with current growth in the industry.
She gives regular Keynote presentations to companies which encourage their staff to understand their business values and company policies. “Understanding the core of your business and ethics that comes with it is of utmost importance for any business” With years of experience in Business Development and living the corporate brand she takes it one step higher and that is to teach woman their worth.
Her passion to meet standards in different industries not only give companies peace of mind but grow businesses all in one. Being part of the Woman in Mining SA venture, she also assists in the development of “COP’s” (Code of Practice) for the mining industry.
